Welcome to OTS Brentwood Landscaping. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to weather conditions and material availability.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule services at your convenience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to work areas and notify us of any hazards on your property. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during our work. Please keep children and pets away from work areas for their safety.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and will address any issues that arise from our services. Plant materials come with a limited warranty as specified in your service agreement. Normal wear and tear or damage from weather events are not covered.

Liability

We carry full insurance coverage for your protection. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained for your project.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
